Tom Wolf's legacy as governor is hotly debated by supporters and detractors.

Praise for the winners and optimistic glances to the future figured in the fallout from last week’s victories by Josh Shapiro in the Pennsylvania gubernatorial race and John Fetterman for a seat in the U.S. Senate. 

Gov. Tom Wolf announced Tuesday the approval of a $10 million to support 15 community, economic development and revitalization projects throughout the state, including two in the Lehigh Valley. The money is from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program.
