Office condominium sold in Bethlehem

Imperial Realty has completed the sale of a 1,250-square-foot office condominium at 3201 Highfield Dr., Suite F in Bethlehem Township.

The property sold for $180,000 or $144 per square foot.

Cindy Miller represented the seller, Elaine F Goertel Income Only Trust.

Teri Columbo of Morganelli Properties represented the buyer, ERG Property Management LLC.

Prior to the sale, the suite was leased to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation.

Cindy Miller represented the landlord of The Bethlehem Commerce Center located at Route 191 on the relocation of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation.

New Jersey firm buys Northgate 1 on Airport Road for $4.5 million

RDM Group of New Jersey has purchased Northgate 1, a 22-acre tract on Airport Road, Hanover Township for $4.5 million.

SVN | IMPERIAL REALTY brokered the deal for the company which purchased the property on a speculative basis.

Tom Skeans, represented the seller and Aron Fulop of Point West Realty represented the buyer.

Northgate 1 is located just north of LVIA and is surrounded by airport land planned for a new industrial park.

SVN is a commercial real estate brand that markets all of its qualified properties to the entire brokerage and investment community, the company said.

The company made approximately $12.1 billion in sales and leasing transactions in 2018.
