The housing inventory shortage is far from over, but the number of homes listed for sale in the Lehigh Valley is on the rise.

January home sales in Lehigh and Northampton counties inched up 0.4% from a year ago, a pace constrained by limited supply.

Challenges in the residential real estate market detailed in a recent report by the National Association of Realtors are being reflected here in the Lehigh Valley said Justin Porembo, executive director of Lehigh Valley Realtors. 

The National Association of Realtors has released its annual “Profile of Real Estate Firms” report, and Justin Porembo, CEO of Lehigh Valley Realtors said the report paints a picture of the industry that reflects what is going on in this region.
