Could the real estate market be changing course again?

The National Association of Realtors reported Monday that pending home sales across the country inched up in May, ending a six-month run of month-over-month declines. 

A recent report by the National Association of Realtors suggested that while rising interest rates are posing a risk to economic growth, the commercial real estate market should continue to perform well, especially in the short term.

The National Association of Realtors has released its annual “Profile of Real Estate Firms” report, and Justin Porembo, CEO of Lehigh Valley Realtors said the report paints a picture of the industry that reflects what is going on in this region. 

Data released May 12 from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) shows that house prices increased in the first quarter of 2020 despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
