As the company beings its celebration of its 100th anniversary, the president and CEO of Just Born Quality Confections in Bethlehem has announced plans to retire.

Just Born Inc. announced Friday that its board of directors has unanimously named two new co-chief executive officers. 

PEEPS are jumping out of the Easter Basket and into makeup, stuffed animals and ice cream for the Easter holiday. 

Just Born of Bethlehem is offering fans of its PEEPS marshmallow chicks something new this year – the ability  to customize their own box of PEEPS.

Bethlehem-based Just Born has unveiled its newest line of PEEPS for 2022. 

After shutting down production of its Halloween and Christmas-themed PEEPS last year to concentrate on production of its most popular line, Easter PEEPS, Just Born in Bethlehem will have the other seasonal PEEPS back on the shelves again this year. 

Cauliflower is an in-demand vegetable right now. You can get cauliflower pizza, cauliflower hot wings, cauliflower rice and now, thanks to Bethlehem’s Just Born Candies, you can also get cauliflower-flavored Peeps.

Similar to the annual Peeps diorama contest held for New Year’s Peepfest each year, the authority has organized its first-ever Peeps Meet Diorama Contest in partnership with Joanne Dennison of The MeetGuide.

Because of production delays caused by the company’s manufacturing shutdown during the COVID-19 crisis earlier this year it has decided it won’t be putting out any specialty peeps or other candies this year so it can concentrate on its biggest holiday – Easter.
