Capital Blue Cross opened its first Connect Center in Lehigh Valley more than 10 years ago with the idea of helping people navigate new insurance programs.

Two new stores have been announced at the Shops at Saucon Valley in Center Valley. 

Turning Point, a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant with more than 20 locations throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area will open in a 4,449-square foot space near UBreakIFix and Playa Bowls in the fourth quarter of the year.

With the Lehigh Valley entering the yellow phase of the state’s COVID-19 reopening plan, the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley will be reopening for modified hours.
