Member and Chair, Liquor Law, Licensing, Manufacturing and Distribution Practice Group
Norris McLaughlin PA
Zeller was recently named administrative partner of the firm’s Allentown office; he’s been responsible for Norris McLaughlin’s liquor clients for 20 years, leading the team of attorneys who represent beer interests in Pennsylvania and nationally.
“We counsel breweries, other alcohol manufacturers and wholesalers on state regulatory matters involving distribution and franchise laws,” he said. “I advise on liquor license acquisitions, prepare distribution agreements, and coordinate state and federal licensing for manufacturing and distribution.”
Zeller said he is proud to have helped breweries through lobbying efforts to change laws under the state Liquor Code, allowing Pennsylvania to vault to the top of domestic craft beer production in the U.S.
Outside of work, he and his wife and three sons like going to the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter, Zeller said – “especially when they bring us close to great restaurants and beer.” He also enjoys his role as chairman of the Allentown Parking Authority and being part of Allentown’s redevelopment.
