CEO, Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor
Domani Wealth
As a senior wealth advisor, Williams is responsible for leading and managing client relationships, examining the complexities of each individual situation to make recommendations for financial, estate, gift, and trust planning. He maintains a comprehensive understanding of the markets, overall economy, and the firm’s investment philosophy and models. In his role as CEO, he is also responsible for leading Domani Wealth.
Williams has served in his current position for eight years.
He said 2022 was a challenging year in the financial markets thanks to geo-political events, rapidly escalating inflation, and aggressive interest rate hikes. These events led to the worst performance for stock funds in general since 2008, and the worst performance for bond funds for multiple decades. “One of our biggest challenges was to make sure our clients could easily access their client service teams frequently. 2022 was clearly a year that ongoing communication with clients was essential,” Williams said.
He was most proud of how Domani’s team worked to face the challenges in the 2022 financial markets. “This became a seven days-a-week task as we want our clients to be able to reach us and get professional guidance at any time. Often you were not sure what bad headline you might wake up to in the morning and that provided a cloudy view of the domestic economy, corporate earnings, and the overall financial markets. Being available for clients is critical; I am so proud of the way everyone did their part,” Williams said.
