Kurtz has worked at HMK Insurance for 26 years and is in his fifth year as managing partner.
“I’ve been fortunate to be able to train and mentor a lot of the people that work at HMK, and I enjoy seeing them develop and excel both personally and in their careers,” he said.

“You can be anything you want in this life if you are willing to take personal responsibility and work hard,” he said.
Kurtz loves to play horseshoes, quoits and cornhole with family and friends.
