Pete Molinaro will join Tower Health’s board of directors on March 1 for a three-year term.
Molinaro is chairman and CEO of Adhezion Biomedical LLC, based in Wyomissing, and has 40 years’ experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. He has served in many other leadership roles in the health care industry and is highly engaged in local charitable organizations.
“Pete brings to Tower’s Board vast experience in the industry and with other charitable organizations, together with a zeal to give back to our community,” said Tom Work, Tower’s Board chair. “He and his family appreciate the care they have received at Reading Hospital and the importance of Tower’s clinical mission.”
“As a longtime resident of Berks County, I have seen firsthand the positive impact Tower Health and its team have had upon the patients they serve,” Molinaro said. “It is an honor to serve as a member of the Tower Health Board of Directors. I’ve spent my career in healthcare and look forward to helping the organization improve the delivery of its mission.”
Molinaro currently serves on Boards or in advisory roles for Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Conductive Technology, Inc., Drummond Scientific, Inc., Alvernia University, O’Pake Institute Board of Advisors & Innovation Committee, Albright University Scientific Research Institute Advisory Board, and the Penn State University Leadership Advisory Council.
He received his master’s degree in biological science and his bachelor’s degree in Zoology & Pre-Medicine from Marshall University.
