Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, the company that owns the Lehigh Valley and Palmer Park malls, has launched a Web-based tool to help link potential franchisers and franchisees with opportunities at PREI malls.
The new tool, known as PREIT & Meet, will allow franchisers to advertise franchising opportunities available in trust-owned mall properties directly on the malls’ websites.
“We’re focused on creating new opportunities inside our malls and improving our portfolio overall,” said Joseph F. Coradino, CEO of the investment trust, based in Philadelphia.
He said the investment trust will be working with the franchiser and the potential franchisee to help streamline the search process. Contact information for potential franchisees will be collected and sent to the franchiser, who can then make direct contact with candidates.
