VIVE takes over Vinart collision business

The Vinart Family of Auto Dealerships in Allentown has sold its collision division.
The Vinart Collision Center, the automotive collision repair subsidy of the company, was sold to VIVE Collision.
The collision center will operate under the name VIVE Collision of Lehigh Valley.
It’s VIVE’s first location in Pennsylvania.
Vinart will continue to operate its retail operations and will partner with VIVE on each company’s organizational needs.
VIVE will serve as the certified repair facility for all of the brands represented by Vinart.
Managing Partner of Vinart Dealerships Andrew Wright said VIVE approached his company with the acquisition offer earlier in the year.
“We are normally net acquirers of assets and businesses, but in this case, the offer was too good to pass up,” he said.
VIVE will be taking on 40 members of Vinart’s collision staff in the deal.
