Barz is responsible for a portfolio of more than 180 companies and a team of six employees that works directly with them. He has worked with the company for more than 20 years and has held his current position for nearly two.
“I’ve worked in the Lehigh Valley my whole career and have had the chance to help create long-lasting regional assets like Bridgeworks Enterprise Center, Rising Tide Community Loan Fund and the LV Land Recycling Initiative,” he said.
Barz said it’s important to be curious in life.
“The world is infinitely complex, and there is a lot to gain in life and business from continually peeling back the next layer of complexity,” he said.
Barz enjoys learning about wine with his wife, gardening, landscaping, reading and learning about history, and spending time with their two grown children.
