With Meraki Co. is a women’s health company tackling long-ignored issues with science-based probiotics for vaginal, gut, and immune health. They are a company that said is offering real solutions to problems too often dismissed or stigmatized.
With Meraki Co. was founded three years ago by biomedical engineer Giana Jarrah, “As a student, I battled recurrent UTIs and antibiotic resistance,” Jarrah said. “Even with a background in science, I realized how little I knew about vaginal health—and I wasn’t alone.”
After extensive research into the microbiome, she created With Meraki Co. to supply those with products with probiotics rooted in science, not hype.
“We’ve faced platform censorship around vaginal health topics, limited funding opportunities for women-led startups, and skepticism from traditional healthcare providers,” Jarrah said.
Despite the challenges, the company has tripled business growth.
“We’re changing the conversation—one woman, one post, one product at a time,” Jarrah said. “As a solo founder, it’s not just about products—it’s about purpose. We’re here to bring science, support, and dignity back into women’s health.”
