BSI Corporate Benefits acquires MY HCM Partner

BSI Corporate Benefits of Bethlehem has acquired business consulting firm My HCM Partner with a goal of bringing enhanced value to its clients.
The acquisition of My HCM Partner provides BSI clients with the added benefit of managed payroll, HR services, benefits administration, and HCM system implementation support and deployment.
My HCM Partner was founded by Chris DeLuca in 2021.
Working in human resources and technology integration for most of her career, Chris developed My HCM Partner with the mission to provide solutions to the pain points associated with some HCM platforms and integration.
Through this acquisition and bringing Chris and her team onboard, BSI said it has been able to offer a comprehensive benefits administration and human capital management (HCM) system directly to their clients, ensuring benefit administration platforms are set up correctly and efficiently.
DeLuca is now serving as director of technology services at BSI.
