Condo project coming to downtown Easton

Serfass Development has announced that downtown Easton will soon welcome The Lynden, which the developer described as the first major condominium development in the Lehigh Valley in nearly 25 years.
The development will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouses.
Fidelity Bank will occupy the first-floor retail space.
“The Lynden represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to own a new condominium in downtown Easton,” said Kevin Serfass, partner of Serfass Development. “We’ve created a collection that appeals to everyone—from first-time homebuyers to those seeking exclusive penthouse living—while offering amenities and design that elevate everyday life.”
The Lynden’s amenities will include a rooftop terrace, a club room for gatherings, and a courtyard garden.
