New real estate firm opens in Lehigh Valley

A real estate company is expanding into the Lehigh Valley
SERHANT is a real estate and media company founded by Ryan Serhant, star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York.
SERHANT Lehigh Valley has opened at 1 Bethlehem Plaza, Suite 410 in Bethlehem.
The new office will serve as the hub for SERHANT’s Pennsylvania operations in the Lehigh Valley & Pocono Markets, led by Sam Del Rosario, associate broker and team leader of The Sam Del Rosario Group.
The group has had more than 700 successful transactions and over $333 million in closed sales in the region.
In 2024, the Sam Del Rosario Group was recognized in the RealTrends Verified Rankings, placing in the Top 500 real estate teams nationwide by sides (#431) and in the Top 1,700 by volume (#1,608).
Del Rosario was also ranked among the Top 100 Latino Real Estate Teams in the United States by NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), an award honoring the most productive Hispanic real estate professionals nationwide.
