Kosteva noted, “We are looking at future opportunities in Bethlehem and Hanover Township.”

As the builder and developer, Traditions currently offers single family and attached homes on a tract of land near Route 512 in Hanover Township near Bethlehem. Costs for single-family houses range from lower to mid $300,000; while prices for attached houses are in the middle to upper $200,000 range. The community continues to see strong growth potential as people stay active as they age.

The company has a total of 241 houses planned on 65 acres. Currently, the company has closed on 73 percent of its housing inventory, with 22 percent of houses unavailable (including contracts and deposits) and 5 percent available, said Laurie Salzman, a spokesperson for Traditions of America.
