Real estate brokerage firm, , said it recently helped an Edison, New Jersey company relocate to Bethlehem.

The firm helped arrange a lease at 2500 Emrick Boulevard for warehousing company, , with J.G. Petrucci Co, Inc.

The 120,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility, constructed in 2017, features modern amenities and a strategic location, conveniently located near the Route 78 exit. The property’s proximity to commuter rail and transit networks enhances accessibility, offering a streamlined advantage for both the workforce and distribution channels.

David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates said that after a decade in Edison, Romeo and Layla was looking to move because of soaring rents.

Zimmel Associates, which had managed the company’s lease in Edison, suggested Bethlehem as a solution, especially because of the close proximity to a nearby building Romeo and Layla currently owns.

Zimmel had recently facilitated that sale which consisted of a 250,000-square-foot building, where the client occupied 75,000 square feet in Bethlehem.

Romeo and Layla was able to secure a 7-year lease for a 70,000-square-foot section of the Emrick Boulevard property.
