As a third-generation family-owned and managed service provider, ET&T has provided telecommunications support for businesses in the Lehigh Valley since 1968. The company is led by co-presidents Fusun and Michael Bubernack with support from their daughters Merjan and Sirma.

“At ET&T, being a woman-owned business means aligning our values with action. It means truly differentiating with service, genuine care, and trusted partnerships in every phase of our operations,” Bubernack said. “It’s about cultivating the next generation of women leaders, specifically in STEAM fields. It’s about showing that working hard and serving with integrity can bring even more opportunities for women to thrive.”

ET&T works across industries, serving clients in government, law enforcement, health care, education, and hospitality, among others.

“Work isn’t ‘work’ when you’re the President of a company who shares your core values,” Fusan Bubernack said on her LinkedIn profile. “Trust, integrity, passion, and customer focus: these are the values shared by everyone in the ET&T family….We pride ourselves on our ability to be a one-stop technology resource so that our customers can focus on their business, rather than on worrying about their technology or dealing with multiple vendors.”

ET&T has locations across Lehigh Valley, with offices in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Wilkes-Barre, Philadelphia and Poconos.

“As a business, we seek to challenge the status quo of what technical leadership should look or sound like. Rather, we bring a people-first, relationship-driven approach to tech, which continues to shape how we lead at ET&T,” Bubernack said.
