Zimmerman states building multiple businesses from the ground up hasn’t been an easy process, navigating financial hurdles, challenging decisions, and moments of doubt. Being a female in a male dominated industry, Zimmerman reflects on needing to prove her expertise, earn respect, and “often work twice as hard to be taken seriously.”
“Each obstacle taught me something valuable—resilience, confidence, and the power of perseverance,” Zimmerman said.
With the knowledge she’s gained throughout her career, Zimmerman champions women by creating opportunities to lead, learn, and grow.
“I mentor women entrepreneurs, advocate for equal access to resources, and celebrate their wins,” Zimmerman said. “My goal is for young women to see my journey and believe they can build, lead, and create change—because when one woman rises, we all rise.”
