House & Land Real Estate will hold its grand opening Thursday, with the support of the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce, a partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
House & Land Real Estate, 812 Main St. Hellertown, was founded by Justin Kline and Steve Hollander who have collectively worked in real estate for about 25 years. Utilizing the most emergent technologies and social media strategies, House & Land is much more than just a real estate brokerage, it is a lifestyle company committed to informing and connecting the community, according to a chamber press release.
The grand opening was postponed in April 2020 due to the pandemic. The event will kick off at 5:30 p.m.
“After over a year’s delay, we are thrilled to be officially welcoming House & Land Real Estate to the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Area,” said Lauren Bertucci, manager of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber, “From the moment they opened their doors in 2020, Justin, Steve, and their team have ingrained themselves in this community through their dedication to their customers, collaboration with other businesses, and support of local initiatives. We look forward to celebrating all that they have accomplished so far and all that they will continue to do in the future. We hope that you join us for the festivities!”
Kimberlee Rosario, chair of the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber Board, said, “We are thrilled to finally formally welcome a successful and vibrant business in our community – House & Land Real Estate. Originally, their ceremony was to take place over one year ago and I can tell you it is now well worth the wait! Come out and celebrate Justin Kline and Steve Hollander as we all join together to highlight their business with a warm Hellertown-Lower Saucon welcome.”
“Even though it’s a year and a half after we opened our doors, we are so excited to finally be able to celebrate our Grand Opening with the community. This town has been near and dear to me with all of the community involvement I’ve had over the years and all of the wonderful relationships I’ve been able to form. For instance, our neighbors and friends at Lost Tavern Brewing have been kind enough to partner with us on our very own can release, ‘Lost Lands’, and are allowing us to continue the celebration immediately following the ribbon cutting,” said Justin Kline, Co-Owner of House & Land Real Estate.
