Commercial real estate firm  has just released its 2026 Americas Office Occupier Sentiment Survey, which found that companies are increasingly focused on , workplace quality and location.  

The firm said these results tie directly into the region’s second quarter office figures, as these preferences are already influencing certain office trends across the local market.  

CBRE said it appears that while evolving, the  is here to stay, and companies are saying office space is important to them. 

To achieve that, 62% of occupiers said enhancing employee experience is a key to their workplace objective, and nearly half are considering to support that goal. In the Greater Philadelphia region, Class A and captured 56% of all in the second quarter.
