Established in 2016, Rosie Selvaggio is the Founder and Managing Director overseeing 23 employees, striving to provide trustworthy, reliable service to her customers and empower her staff.
“In business, we provide a space for our employees to work while they fulfill their dreams of getting degrees or building their own unrelated businesses,” Selvaggio said. “We offer continuing education for our management team, as well as our line staff. We provide a living wage to ensure that our employees aren’t struggling financially while our economy remains in turmoil. We sponsor events that benefit women, and donate to nonprofit organizations that assist women living in marginalized populations.”
Hocus Pocus Cleaning was honored by Lehigh Valley Style as “Who’s Who in Business” for residential and commercial cleaning. In 2024, Selvaggio was named “Woman to Watch” by Lehigh Valley Business, with her company receiving the “Empowered Woman” award.
“Being a woman-owned business means creating opportunity where it’s often overlooked,” Selvaggio said. “It’s about leading with empathy, building stability for other women, and proving that success and compassion can coexist. Every day I’m proud to show that a business can be both community-driven and fiercely professional, while lifting our team up as we grow together.”
