This initiative emerged from the bank’s recent Community Impact Assessment, identifying skill-based volunteerism as a crucial need. In response, 45% of Penn Community Bank’s senior leaders now actively serve on nonprofit boards, sharing expertise in finance, marketing, HR, and operations to bolster local organizations.
