Petrucci acquires two regional properties

Listen to this articleDeveloper J.G. Petrucci Company Inc. said it has added two properties to its growing portfolio.
Petrucci recently acquired 7072 Snowdrift Road in Allentown, a 61,157-square-foot industrial facility, in an off-market transaction.
According to a press release, the building is fully leased to leading sustainable packaging manufacturer Pratt Industries.
Jon Gelman with Gelcor Realty served as the broker for the transaction.
Petrucci also acquired a 22,500-square-foot warehouse facility at 717 Callowhill Street in Philadelphia.
That property is fully leased to Fortune 500 industrial supply company W.W. Grainger, Inc. The transaction was facilitated by John Plower and Brian Shanfeld with JLL.
“Both properties align perfectly with our long-term investment philosophy” said Joe Petrucci, project executive at J.G. Petrucci. “These buildings are located in core markets, with strong tenants and future redevelopment potential.”
