RKL ranked top accounting firm in Pa.

The Mid-Atlantic advisory firm ranked first in Pennsylvania and 58th nationwide in the 100 largest firms from industry publication Accounting Today.
According to a release, RKL‘s 2026 national ranking is based on 2025’s revenue of $151.54 million. The firm also ranked No. 9 among the top firms in the Mid-Atlantic.
“This recognition is a direct reflection of the exceptional professionals at RKL,” RKL CEO Ed Monborne said in a statement. “Our team’s collaborative spirit, deep expertise and genuine care for our clients and communities are what set us apart.”
As the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) reshaped the tax landscape, RKL delivered guidance through its “What’s Next” webinar series, a dedicated OBBBA Resource Center and speaking engagements across the region.
RKL’s client service resulted in the firm’s September 2025 Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82.8%, sustaining its “world-class” standard.
In 2025, RKL ranked 8th among large employers in the “Best Places to Work in PA,” was named the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance’s “Employer of the Year,” and earned recognition from the PA Chamber as a top employer for internships.
RKL lists locations in the Lehigh Valley and in Central Pennsylvania.
