Coopersburg Commons, a 95,186-square-foot shopping center in Coopersburg borough, has sold for an undisclosed price.

A 29,770-square-foot commercial truck center in Monroe County sold for $4.6 million to Lehigh Valley Health Network, Rock Commercial Real Estate announced Tuesday.

In the greater Philadelphia region, including central Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley, the vacancy rate for industrial space fell to a historic low of 1.96% in the first quarter of 2022. 

January home sales in Lehigh and Northampton counties inched up 0.4% from a year ago, a pace constrained by limited supply.
