The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Office of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) announced today that it is accepting unsolicited proposals for transportation projects from the private sector through April 30. 

Pennsylvania’s Public-Private Transportation Partnership Office has announced that three teams have been invited to submit proposals to become involved in its Major Bridge Public-Private Partnership Initiative.  

Pennsylvania’s Public-Private Transportation Partnership office is looking for private sector businesses to submit their qualifications so they can compete for the opportunity to participate in PennDOT’s Major Bridge P3 initiative.
