Giana Jarrah is founder and CEO of With Meraki Co., a company creating evidence-based supplements to restore balance across the gut, vaginal, hormonal, and immune systems. In the 3 years since its founding, Jarrah and her company are driven by a mission of helping women understand, support, and heal their bodies from within.
“Being a women-owned business means creating the kind of company I wish had existed when I needed it most,” Jarrah said. “It’s about taking lived experience and pairing it with science to fill the gaps that traditional healthcare has overlooked for women.”
Jarrah aims to listen, educate, and lead with empathy, using her voice to make space for others and challenge outdated narratives around women’s health. The goal is to prove that both compassion and science can exist in the pursuit of innovation.
“As a women-owned business in reproductive health, one of my biggest challenges has been being taken seriously in a space long defined by stigma and male-dominated science,” Jarrah said. “These challenges have fueled my mission to prove that women-led innovation in this field is not only needed, but transformative.”
Jarrah uses With Meraki Co. to support women in the community by volunteering at shelters and women’s centers, donating products to make reproductive health more accessible, and hosting educational sessions that teach girls about their bodies.
“When women understand the inner workings of their health, they gain knowledge, confidence, and power over their own bodies,” Jarrah said. “Collectively, we remove the stigma associated with female reproductive health that allows for this type of support to continue within the community.”
Now, With Meraki Co. is sold on Amazon.
“Competing in such a large marketplace proved that a small, women-owned brand rooted in science and empathy can stand alongside major players while staying true to its mission,” Jarrah said.
