Lancaster real estate firm buys Bethlehem apartment community

A Lancaster real estate firm has expanded its portfolio with the purchase of an apartment community in Bethlehem.
Boyd Wilson, LLC has acquired The Landings, a 384-unit apartment community in Bethlehem.
Located at 1818 Catasauqua Road, The Landings is now one of the largest communities in Boyd Wilson’s portfolio and further strengthens the company’s presence in the Lehigh Valley.
“This acquisition represents an exciting new chapter for Boyd Wilson,” said Craig Gingrich, president and CEO of Boyd Wilson. “The Landings is an exceptional community with a strong foundation, and we are honored to welcome its residents and team to the Boyd Wilson family.”
Founded in 1982, Boyd Wilson owns and manages apartment communities throughout Pennsylvania.
Gingrich said the addition of The Landings reflects Boyd Wilson’s confidence in the continued growth of the Lehigh Valley and its commitment to making meaningful investments in communities with strong long-term potential.
The acquisition was completed with financing arranged by Northmarq, which provided a customized capital solution in support of the transaction.
