Longtime broker of Carol C. Dorey Real Estate Inc., Carol Dorey said her earliest vision was to represent each property at its best so sellers achieve their due sale price and buyers are aware of the intrinsic value of the home they’re buying. She also believes that sales agents should devote their time to working with buyers and sellers while an in-office team manages the details of marketing a property and creating the materials that showcase each home. “This business model has remained at the forefront of our endeavors for over 45 years and has been the driving force behind our continuing to expand and improve on our marketing materials, our advertising outreach and our position in the marketplace. Everyone in our organization is proud to be a committed participant in these efforts.”
The Dorey team consists of 16 people who have worked at the business for an average of 20 years, and “we have long been recognized as the area’s leading brokerage for the marketing and sale of luxury properties with an office average sale price in 2022 of $836,224.”
A major project early this year was creating the agency’s 24-page publication, “Envisioning 2023 … Representing the Finest Homes, Farms and Estates.” Dorey said there’s a lot more to the successful representation of high-value properties than taking photos and entering information in the MLS. This publication provides detailed information about marketing/advertising strategies and outreach as well as statistics showing her team’s performance in the marketplace.
