The flagship office, Center Street Center, is located in Bethlehem. Tracy E. Hill Ph.D. & Associates LLC also has offices in Denver, Colorado. As owner and director of Center Street Center, Tracy E. Hill oversees 17 employees and brings over 20 years of experience to her work.
“Being a woman-owned business means that women are the primary decision-makers guiding the direction, values, and culture of a company,” Hill said. “It reflects a stewardship of mentoring and inspiring other women. It also means bringing a female perspective to leadership, problem-solving, and client care, and intentionally creating a workplace that supports equity, respect, and social justice.”
Hill’s background is in clinical, counseling, and educational psychology. According to the organization’s website, Hill earned a Doctorate from Temple University in Educational Psychology, a Master’s from West Chester University in Counseling Psychology and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from George Washington University.
“As a woman-owned business, I don’t experience dramatic day-to-day barriers, but I do notice more subtle challenges—such as needing to establish credibility more quickly in some professional settings, navigating assumptions about the size or seriousness of a woman-led company, and balancing leadership with the additional roles women are often expected to carry,” Hill said.
