City Center begins pre-leasing for $48 million Allentown apartments

Listen to this articleCity Center Residential said it has begun pre-leasing units in The Standard, its 15th apartment building in downtown Allentown.
The $48 million Standard, which is located at 111 North 6th Street, will welcome its first residents in June.
The Standard is a 4-story building with 257 apartments, an attached parking garage, and a dog park.
The property will also feature a pet spa, a 24/7 fitness center, a courtyard with firepits and building-wide Wi-Fi.
“The Standard was designed to be attainably priced by offering residents efficient spaces without sacrificing modern comfort or amenities,” said Tara Anthony, director of City Center Residential. “Even as we extend our residential offerings north, The Standard’s downtown location will place residents in walking distance of everything that makes Allentown vibrant.”
The Standard was designed by Core States Group and built by North Star Construction Management Company.
The 208,984-square-foot building offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
The building will provide controlled access, onsite professional management, 24/7 maintenance, and optional housekeeping.
