Sheetz hiring more than 440 employees in Pa.

Sheetz has announced immediate plans to hire more than 440 employees in Pennsylvania.
The Mid-Atlantic restaurant and convenience chain Sheetz will be hosting hiring events with on-the-spot interviews at each of its 310 Pennsylvania locations on Wednesday, March 26 from 8 am-8 pm EST.
Sheetz has been recognized by Fortune as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” and is ranked second on the most recent “Best Workplaces in Retail” list by Fortune and Great Place To Work. Sheetz has been named one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” for nine consecutive years by Fortune and Great Places to Work.
According to a release, Sheetz is focused on hiring for key roles across its stores, including store team members, supervisors and assistant managers. Prospective employees interested in attending a hiring event will need to apply for a store position online before arriving. Once inside the store, individuals will then need to check in at the cash register by scanning a QR code that Sheetz provides.
In addition to on-the-spot interviews, prospective employees can learn more about Sheetz’s careers at these hiring events, per the release.
Sheetz operates over 760 store locations across Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland. The company is hosting hiring events and on-the-spot interviews at all of its locations across its seven-state footprint. The company is aiming to hire 1,350 employees company-wide.
