Executive Vice President
CBRE
“My team and I represent tenants and landlords in the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate in the Lehigh Valley, central Pennsylvania and northeastern Pennsylvania,” Ranalli explained. They handle lease negotiation, site selection, build-to-suit transactions and ground-up development.
Early in 2021, they represented a major footwear/apparel company that leased a 1 million-plus-square-foot property in the Lehigh Valley. “This facility will serve as an e-commerce fulfillment center and will create hundreds of new jobs in the area,” he said.
Ranalli has been with CBRE since July 2005.
The life lesson he values most was shared with him by a mentor and can best be expressed in three “simple words,” he said: integrity, respect and commitment.
“My schedule can be demanding and the hours are long,” so he most values the time spent with his wife and four children, Ranalli said. “Our family loves the outdoors – we ski, hike, bike and golf together.”
