Since 1996, Sean A. Boyle has overseen all aspects of Boyle Construction in Center Valley as president. From strategy and operations to market and client development, Boyle oversees all aspects of the business.
He engages the firm’s management team to drive key initiatives, ensure projects are set up for success during design and preconstruction project stages and guides the company’s overall vision and staff growth.
While the construction management sector remains strong in the Lehigh Valley, the industries construction companies serve naturally ebb and flow. Sometimes these conditions delay projects because of financing issues or changing client needs.
Because Boyle Construction provides a variety of construction services to different industry sectors sluggish markets in one area can be compensated by activity in another, Boyle said.
“We were proud to partner with Universal Health Services, Inc. and Lehigh Valley Health Network on a new behavioral health hospital,” Boyle said of a major project accomplishment this year.
Slated to open in the fall, the new facility will be a “valuable addition to behavioral health services in the Lehigh Valley.”
