Bieber has served as president of Lehigh Carbon Community College for nine years. Lehigh Carbon serves more than 14,000 credit and workforce students each year from Lehigh, Carbon, Schuylkill and surrounding counties and offers more than 90 programs of study in business, education, communication, computer science, technology, humanities, health care, science, engineering and math. From the main campus in Schnecksville and modern sites in Allentown, Tamaqua and Lehigh Valley International Airport, Lehigh Carbon offers two-year associate degrees, certificate and specialized diploma programs, and workforce training for students studying either full-time, part-time or online.
“Serving the higher education needs of our community partners and students is the center of all we do at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Working closely with all of our partners allows us to meet the changing needs to ensure a trained workforce and assist with economic development,” Bieber said.
