Schlouch is the longtime president and co-founder of Schlouch Inc., which provides site construction services throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states. His duties include influencing a culture of care, trust and helping one another; harnessing a strategy to be the sitework contractor of choice in the market places where the company competes, maintaining a strong balance sheet, and investment in training and employee advancement that assures the best safety, quality, and performance in the construction industry.
He is also the chief leader of succession planning to assure a sustainable future for Schlouch, its employees and their families.
Schlouch cited several significant professional achievements in 2023 including were leading a 275 employee construction company with a safety record of no lost employee time for the entire year; retaining and still employing his first employee—a 40-year employee named Steve, and having the company ranked number 279 on Engineering News-Record’s list of the Top 600 Specialty Contractors in the U.S. Additionally Schlouch Inc. celebrated its 40th year in business in March 2023.
