For the past eight years, Bryan Lobach has worked within the Lehigh Valley to meet the financial and philanthropic needs of our community, he said.
“On a daily basis, I am fortunate to meet with a diverse group of business and community leaders to identify a solution to their need,” Lobach said. “I am always amazed at all of the passionate and talented people that reside within the Lehigh Valley.”
In 2024, Lobach said they continued to see rising costs in nearly every aspect of doing business.
“It is a very important time for financial institutions to work in a consultative manner with their customer base in order to help them achieve their business goals,” Lobach said. “Many times, in this current environment, we had to think outside of the box to cater to our client’s needs.”
Lobach said he is blessed to be a part of an amazing team at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.
“It would be easy for there to be a cultural void with ten branches spread throughout the Lehigh Valley, but the amount of synergy that this team has is truly outstanding,” he said. “We are a big family at this institution, and I think it shows in our service to the Lehigh Valley community.”
