BSI Corporate Benefits adds two women to executive leadership in Bethlehem

, a -based  firm, has made some leadership changes. 

The company has named as and as vice president of operations. 

With women representing 50% of BSI’s team, BSI said it significantly exceeds the national employee benefits industry average of approximately 22% female C-suite representation.

Chando joins BSI from St. Luke’s University Health Network, where she most recently served in a director-level leadership role supporting strategic initiatives, executive priorities, and philanthropic growth. 

As vice president of operations, Arrindell will oversee operational strategy and execution across the organization, driving efficiency, innovation, and service excellence throughout the client experience lifecycle.
