BSI Corporate Benefits, a Bethlehem-based employee benefits consulting firm, has made some leadership changes.
The company has named Kelly A. Chando as chief of staff and Gianna Arrindell as vice president of operations.
With women representing 50% of BSI’s executive leadership team, BSI said it significantly exceeds the national employee benefits industry average of approximately 22% female C-suite representation.

“These additions represent far more than executive hires, they are investments in the future of BSI, our clients, our employees, and the communities we serve,” said Tony DaRe, CEO of BSI. “Kelly and Gianna are accomplished leaders whose operational, strategic, and people-focused expertise align perfectly with the culture we continue to build.”
Chando joins BSI from St. Luke’s University Health Network, where she most recently served in a director-level leadership role supporting strategic initiatives, executive priorities, and philanthropic growth.
As vice president of operations, Arrindell will oversee operational strategy and execution across the organization, driving efficiency, innovation, and service excellence throughout the client experience lifecycle.
