Burkholder’s HVAC proudly carries on a 65-year-long family tradition of delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to both residential and commercial customers.
Carl Burkholder was inspired to start the company in 1960 with a straightforward but powerful philosophy, current owner Robert Burkholder said. “Treating your customers the way you’d like to be treated while delivering quality products and service at a fair price.”
One of the biggest challenges early in the company was getting the name out in the community, Burkholder said. “Competing with larger companies meant we had to prove ourselves with every job—showing up on time, doing quality work, and building trust, one customer at a time. But those challenges helped shape the strong foundation we operate from today.”
Carl’s son, Robert, took over the business and now serves as the owner and president.
“Bob continues to carry on his father’s legacy, leading the company with the same dedication to customer service and excellence that it was built on,” the company said.
“Our long-term goals include continuing to stay ahead of HVAC trends and investing in our team—through training and opportunities for advancement,” Burkholder said. “We also want to continue strengthening relationships with general contractors, property managers, and homeowners alike.”
