With nearly 50 years of experience, Carol C. Dorey Real Estate is a premiere office of agents and staff out of Springtown working as a team to represent the finest homes, farms, and estates in the Bucks County and Lehigh Valley areas.
“We’d purchased several investment houses and found that agents knew very little about what they were selling,” Carol Dorey said, speaking about the foundations of the business. “Coming from backgrounds in businesses that relied on marketing, we recognized that, in order to represent and convey value, there was a great need for information and advertising of homes that were offered for sale. We decided that the timing was right for us to open our own business.”
At the start, the company was marketing each property at the same level but realized that they couldn’t afford to represent homes below a certain price point.
“Consequently we list only properties above $350,000,” Dorey said. “Sellers recognize our exceptional representation of high-value homes and we’ve become the go-to office for selling the area’s luxury properties.”
“Sellers and buyers need to be able to rely on experienced, knowledgeable agents for appropriate pricing as well as for competently handling inspections and the myriad details involved in a property sale/purchase,” Dorey said. “Since many of our clients are discretionary buyers, print ads and brochure mailings will continue to be an important part of our marketing.”
