Daniel J. Santaniello was appointed president and CEO of Fidelity Bank in December 2010. Before that, he served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and head of retail banking at Fidelity. 

“During my early adulthood, I had the opportunity to work at a bank while I pursued my college education,” he said. “It became clear to me that the banking profession was a vocation that I could have the ability to make an impact both personally and professionally. By getting involved with community organizations, providing the dream of homeownership, and providing small business the capital to start or grow their businesses, I can help make our community a better place to work, play and pray.” 

Santaniello said the biggest industry change is the acceleration of digital transformation. “COVID-19 forced banks and their clients to use digital tools and processes to compensate for in-branch person-to-person interactions. Fidelity Bank is well-positioned to achieve a balance between the traditional in-person banking and the modern digital banking experience.”
