As Herbein’s CEO, David Stonesifer considers it his mission to drive the firm’s strategic plan, to create meaningful impact for our team, our clients, and our communities. “From spearheading initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and drive growth, to fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture for our team members, and contributing to the betterment of the communities we serve, I strive to lead Herbein towards a future defined by purposeful growth, shared success, and lasting positive change,” he said.
He has been in his current position for five years.
Stonesifer said in the past year, building an administrative infrastructure to support the firm’s rapid growth was a key challenge. “Recognizing the strain growth can put on our systems; I worked with our team to implement initiatives to streamline workflows, and hired several talented professionals to bolster our administrative capabilities. This journey tested my resilience and creativity, but it reinforced our commitment to excellence,” he said.
He said while there is so much to be proud of, he is proudest of the successful growth of Herbein’s Philippines office in its first year, welcoming 11 new partners, and surpassing our three-year revenue goal set in 2020. “These milestones exemplify our firm’s resilience, strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and execution on our strategic plan,” Stonesifer said.
