Members 1st Federal Credit Union
As president and CEO, Nahodil oversees all activities of Members 1st, maintaining profitability and stability for the entire organization. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure that current operations and upcoming initiatives keep the credit union on track for a sustainable future. He is also responsible for facilitating corporate communications, providing enterprise-wide briefings on events and upcoming changes throughout the organization in an effort to keep all associates informed.
In 2022, “navigating through the current rate environment required special attention to the marketplace, consumer behavior and competition,” he explained. “We monitored and analyzed our balance sheet and loan portfolio daily, while completing scenario planning using various rate environments. Our ability to react to rate changes has been extremely important to our members and our financial health. This environment will continue into 2023, but we will strive to provide the best rates possible for our members.”
