George Rudolph joined PSECU in April 2019, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the credit union and airline industries.
“The most rewarding part of my job is working with people,” he said. “It gives me great joy to help them realize their potential and, in turn, enable the success of the organization.” As president and CEO of PSECU, the state’s largest credit union, “I get to do what I love most in my job – work with people – every single day.”
Rudolph said he’s been guided by many great mentors during the course of his career. “While I can’t say that I’ve adopted any one of their actual leadership styles in totality, each mentor taught me – intentionally or, in some cases, unintentionally – simply by being a great leader themselves. I was able to draw from their many individual aspects of leadership. When amalgamated, those traits or behaviors have really informed and inspired my personal leadership style.”
