Jennifer Mann is founder and president of JL Mann Consulting in Allentown, a role she has held for 13 years.
Mann sits on the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors and was elected to the board of directors of Quakertown-based QNB Bank, a community bank with reported assets of roughly $1.7 billion, the JL Mann Consulting website said.
“I leverage my extensive network to help businesses and organizations overcome regulatory and legislative challenges, identify business and funding opportunities and connect with strategic partners. I guide clients through government processes and effectively communicate their messages to key decision-makers and stakeholders,” Mann explained.
She said the biggest challenge during the past year has been “navigating an uncertain political and economic landscape. Shifting priorities and unclear funding streams created uncertainty for clients. Looking ahead, the challenge remains understanding what will be funded or cut – and helping organizations adapt, identify alternative resources and stay resilient in a changing environment.”
Among Mann’s greatest professional rewards is achieving client results – especially “when the odds are against it.” Mann enjoys working troubleshooting and finding ways for projects that are in jeopardy succeed and making a difference for her clients and the community.
“I truly enjoy working with people and being part of solutions that matter,” Mann said.
