Managing Principal
Joseph Uliana is managing principal at JM Uliana & Associates LLC in Hanover Township, Northampton County, a role he has held for 17 years.
Uliana said his greatest professional reward is helping clients achieve success.
The firm’s core business is as a lobbying and government relations firm working with businesses, colleges, non-profits and individuals with key state governmental relationships.
“We represent a diverse group of clients, many of whom are Lehigh Valley organizations. We work with our clients to define their Pennsylvania government affairs goals and develop and execute strategies that help them achieve those goals,” Uliana said.
The firm serves Fortune 500 companies, large privately held companies, cultural institutions, higher education, health care entities, non-profits and trade associations, the company’s website said.
Uliana expects Pennsylvania’s financial landscape and potential changes in Washington D.C. “…will force some difficult fiscal choices on spending and taxes in the commonwealth. These choices will have a deep effect on organizations that receive state appropriations or provide services paid for by state programs. Successfully guiding clients through these fiscal conditions will require creativity and resilience,” he explained.
