Kathryn Brown is co-founder and principal of Allentown-based Morton Brown Family Wealth, a leadership role she has held for the past six years.
“I focus on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for clients while refining our strategic vision to drive growth. My role also includes mentoring advisors and fostering collaboration across the team. I’m passionate about continual improvement [and] ensuring we deliver a client experience that makes a meaningful impact in our clients’ lives,” Brown said.
She said being named to Newsweek’s ‘Top Financial Advisory Firms’ list was a “…proud milestone reflecting the strength of our vision and commitment to inspiring financial confidence.” The company achieved 25% growth – with a 16% organic growth margin – expanding its service to help more families with $318 million of assets under management, the firm’s website said.
“While I celebrate these achievements with my team, I remain grounded by the firm’s deep community commitment and am proud to volunteer my time in leadership positions on the boards of Valley Youth House and the Allentown Chamber [of Commerce],” Brown said.
